MAINTENANCE
A wound and a hollow are made have a long lip and manifold of the T-die if you use it for a
long time. A frequent maintenance is necessary to maintain quality and the precision of
the film product.
Because there is strong stone surface plate and crane, inspection & correction is possible with the considerably big T die. We're good at polishing and an abrasion correction, but a lip edge and the roll wound do the sudden local modified correspondence with the partial plating, too.

We are given the flow analysis of the T-die in trust based on resin data (viscosity, shear speed, temperature)
We can calculate an average of the speed again how speed changes when you change the resin and, besides, analyze it at a state or stay time of the inside pressure. I analyze the uncorking of the lip by the internal pressure, and the internal heat analysis by the position of the heater of the T-die for the high temperature now.
I perform the comparison between act and new idea analysis. Not only the T-die but also the screw analysis is possible.
